THIS is REAL REALITY TV! I like this lady and wish her the best outcome in her situation. And the poor education we get in America when it comes to handling money, we can’t lay complete blame on the individual for poor management. Our high schools do not teach anything about handling money – when its one of the most important areas of life. Its really sad. Kids should have to manage a fake account all thru school and learn the ins and outs, but we send our ignorant kids to the sharks every year.
This woman is talking intelligently, telling it as it is and is speaking right from her heart. Not that those who can help will care of look beyond their own wealth.
What goes around comes around. I must believe those responsible for the corruption we, the true people, are suffering the ramifications of – will one day know how it feels and what it has done to so many hardworking people.

Chase is in 2nd position on my house, Litton is in 1st (I did an 80/20). I purchased in 2006 and the loans were sold 4-5 times before getting here. Now the house is worth 100K less than its worth. I sent in the paperwork 6 times, they claim to have lost it! Fuck them all… I will stay here FREE until they foreclose, then I will go bankrupt to avoid deficiancy payments. Obama can suck my cock, he did nothing but bail these pricks out.
Stop paying your mortgage if you can! If you don’t have much equity in it, just let it go.. Scrape some money together and buy it in another state like TX AZ or NV… There’s some good houses that are dirt cheap right now.

I agree. I know a few people that also applied for this program and NO ONE was able to comply with their requirements. It should be called “No Hope for the Homeowners”.
