  3. glennandsofia says:

well dont stereotype women and put all of us in one category by making us all out to like colors and girly and mumsy stuff, then you wont piss people off.

I totally agree, i mean it made the room look bigger but it was just blah.

To each is own! This really isn’t that big of a deal. No more contact please. Thank you.

  7. randomstudman says:

I like everything except for how big that carpet is. I think that it makes the room seem smaller.

  8. sashnumberone says:

looks like sh1t. Boring, unimaginative with no features. Dark furniture is horrendous.

  9. glennandsofia says:

so your saying that no women like the sleek sexy minimalist bachelor crib look? like a nightclub, stripclub or casino for example? heaps of women love this look, even when they have kids. im one of them. not all women are shlumpadinkas. =)

my place is even smaller, my living room is about half the space of this living room. my bf is moving in so i’m gonna need all the storage space i can get. any ideas to make a place look sleek in my living conditions? help!

  12. SullivanRoom says:

So be a slave to design and not have a tv. Sounds reasonable /s.

  13. Memphis35 says:

    Not have a TV.

  14. SullivanRoom says:

Not everyone has the option to wall mount (renters). I am subletting a small condo and the owner doesn’t want me making holes in the wall. What would you do in that case?

  15. Alentonsus says:

    This isn’t interior design.
    It’s simply interior decorating…

  16. ProjectSafePlay says:

This is actually nice and sleek. Modern and antique mixture. Looks clean but probably for a bachelor’s crib not for a single woman. The lighting is what does it.

    NICE…..

  18. Jojubrmeda says:

it looks great other than how the what the tv is on top of

  19. calferath says:

I would get rid of that furniture the tv is on. Looks old and out of place. The tv should be wall mounted.

  22. odokomabango says:

the cabinet does’nt fit the other furnitures.tsk3

  23. mexicanmilkyway says:

hmm, though I thought the furniture was nice, I didn’t think the room was small, and I didn’t think it look good. It actually looked very dull and not very tasteful. :*(

  24. sir5ive says:

180 s.f. is not small. that room can be converted into a 1-car garage.

  25. sir5ive says:

i’d discard the cabinet. it’s taking up walk-way space and the space just looks too heavy with it. just hang the plasma on the wall. it’ll relieve the living room.

after this, replace the ottomans with a mid-size glass table.

i particularly enjoy working with small spaces. it’s a great challenge !!
